Well, some questions have been asked and some answered and so the change begins....
As of Sept 15th I will no longer be working for Youth for Christ. Mark and I both feel very strongly that this is the leading of God for me right now. I will begin to look for other work, but I am going to spend a few weeks focusing on getting some projects finished up at the house. Ya know, the ones that come with slothfulness.
We are not sure what God has in store for us. But we trust Him enough to just follow where He is leading today. It is not easy for me at all. I love the kids I have been able to work with through YFC. But I have to be where God wants me to be and for whatever reason this is not the right place for me any more.
Mark is very excited about change. He is a little nervous, but more excited to see just where God is taking us as a family. I would just like to ask you to pray with us in the next few months as we seek hard after the direction God is calling us in. We want more than anything else to keep Him at the center of all we do.

So - - - did you have my dad for speech, or do you just know him through the college connection????
I ahd him for speech and I still count him as one of my favorite people in this town!!! He is such a great guy! Made a big impact on a shy girl from a small town.
